The company premiere of "Rodelinda" was on December 2, 2004, with Renée Fleming in the title role, Stephanie Blythe as Eduige, David Daniels as Bertarido, Bejun Mehta as Unulfo, Kobie van Rensburg in his Met debut as Grimoaldo, and John Relyea as Garibaldo. Making company debuts are Harry Bicket (conductor), Stephen Wadsworth (director), Thomas Lynch (set designer), and Peter Kaczorowski (lighting designer). Martin Pakledinaz is the costume designer.
